New Temporary Amendments to I-9 Employment Verification Process

For now, due to COVID and increases in employees working outside of a central office, the U.S. is temporarily allowing completion of I-9 employment verification forms to be done electronically/remotely.

The American Immigration Lawyers Association has put together an excellent PDF document detailing all of the amendments to the I-9 verification process.
